About Tamara Martirosyan

Tamara Martirosyan is a partner at Andersen Legal Armenia with over a decade of experience in corporate, finance and intellectual property law. She has advised on high-profile cross-border transactions, including franchise establishments, international patent registrations and lending projects with the EBRD. Recognised by international legal directories as a notable practitioner, she holds the European Board Diploma from ecoDa, serves as a board member at the Armenian Institute of Directors and is a Legal & Tax Committee member at AmCham Armenia. Tamara is a member of the Armenian Bar and lectures on business law at the French University in Armenia.
