About Oliver Agha

Oliver Agha is an American-educated and trained lawyer admitted at the New York Bar, and was a senior equity partner at DLA Piper, equity partner in the KSA affiliate of Clifford Chance and associate/senior associate with Fulbright & Jaworski (now Norton Rose Fulbright) in the US, New Delhi, Hong Kong and Beijing. Mr Agha is the managing (and founding) partner of Agha & Co. He has spent over 20 years in the MENAT region (UAE and Saudi Arabia) representing, inter alia, multi-laterals, corporates and HNWIs in complex cross-border M&A/project finance (including Islamic) transactions that aggregate over USD50 billion. His clients include governments, international law firms, Islamic financial and insurance institutions, and more.
