About M. Imtiaz Farooq

M. Imtiaz Farooq is a partner at Farooq & Associates and a Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh. An Oxford graduate, he has extensive experience in Bangladesh’s power, infrastructure and project finance sectors. He advises sponsors, DFIs, multilateral agencies and government entities on IPPs, LNG terminals, renewables, economic zones and other infrastructure projects. His practice covers project development, project finance, M&A, capital markets and regulatory advisory work.
