Daniel Jiménez García is the founder and managing partner of SLJ Abogados, which he established in 2014 after serving as partner and head of the litigation and arbitration department at Ashurst in Madrid. He leads the firm’s disputes practice and its most significant matters, having conducted civil and criminal proceedings of substantial complexity and economic impact before the Supreme Court and Audiencia Nacional, as well as domestic and international arbitrations. His experience covers share purchase disputes, shareholder and corporate conflicts, commercial agreements and financial disputes. He acts for companies, investment funds and private clients.
