About Gregorio Baldoli

Gregorio Baldoli is a senior associate at ArbLit, where his practice focuses on international arbitration (both commercial and investment), domestic arbitration and court litigation, especially in a cross-border context. Gregorio has been involved as counsel, secretary and assistant to the arbitral tribunal in several high-stakes arbitrations under different rules (ICC, ICSID, Milan Chamber of Arbitration (CAM), Swiss Rules, UNCITRAL), including in connection with post-M&A disputes, IP law and contracts in the energy, construction and pharmaceutical industries. He regularly advises Italian and international clients on commercial, corporate insolvency and EU law matters and represents them in proceedings pending before Italian courts.
