About Lucia Pontremoli

Lucia Pontremoli is a senior associate at ArbLit, where her practice focuses on commercial and investment arbitration, as well as on arbitration-related litigation and litigation involving international elements. Lucia has been involved in several high-profile international arbitrations under ICC, ICSID and UNCITRAL rules, including disputes in the energy sector involving states and state-owned entities. In addition to her work as counsel, Lucia often acts as secretary or assistant to arbitral tribunals both in commercial and investment arbitrations. She also regularly represents Italian and international clients before Italian courts, advising them on the interpretation and application of Italian law, with a focus on private international law issues.
