About Marco Torsello

Marco Torsello is a founding partner of ArbLit and leads the firm’s litigation department. He has developed specific skills in transnational and multi-jurisdiction litigation during more than 20 years of practice, which includes most types of commercial contracts, corporate, IP, unfair competition, banking and finance, and bankruptcy. Marco is Full Professor of Comparative Private Law, Transnational Commercial Law and International Arbitration at University of Verona’s Law School, Global Professor of Law at NYU School of Law, and Visiting Professor of Contract Law at the École de droit of Université Sciences Po. He often appears as counsel and sits as presiding, sole and party-appointed arbitrator under various rules and governing laws.
