About Gintautas Šulija

Gintautas Šulija is the managing partner at Šulija & Partners. Before co-founding the law firm, Gintautas worked for a prominent American law firm in London, specialising in corporate litigation and corporate investigations. Presently, he provides counsel to stakeholders in the aviation industry on various types of financing in commercial transactions. During the past 15 years, he has advised on more than 100 notable aircraft finance transactions, facilitating the sale, lease and financing of both factory-new and used Airbus, Boeing, Gulfstream, Dassault Falcon, Pilatus, and Diamond aircraft.
