About Daniel Cabrera Rubio

Daniel Cabrera Rubio is a senior lawyer with ten years’ experience in corporate law, M&A and commercial contracts. He has also participated in projects for the implementation of compliance and personal data protection policies. He has worked in different law firms and in companies in the IT and health (medical device) sectors. He joined AVQ in 2023 where he provides legal advice on corporate law and commercial agreements of the pharmaceutical industry. He has a double degree in Law and Business Management and Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and has been a member of the Madrid Bar association since 2015.
