Dominic Ococ is a legal consultant at RR Associates, specialising in corporate and commercial law. With over eight years of experience in transactional legal advisory services in Rwanda, he provides expertise in capital markets, contract drafting and negotiation, commercial and financial law, intellectual property, corporate secretarial services, and ADR (arbitration and mediation). Dominic advises companies and organisations on drafting and reviewing internal rules and policies to ensure compliance with local laws. He has contributed as a legal consultant to the development of Kigali International Finance Centre (KIFC) regulations, as well as other laws impacting business in Rwanda.
