About Eric Mugisha

Eric Mugisha is an associate attorney at RR Associates, holding a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Rwanda and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (ILPD). He is a licensed member of the Rwanda Bar Association and the East African Law Society. Eric advises clients on a broad range of labour and employment law matters, including contracts, dismissals, policy drafting, organisational restructuring, downsizing and post-termination issues. He is also experienced in debt recovery, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, insolvency, and immigration law, offering immigration-related services such as work permits, visas, citizenship, residency, and business establishment for foreigners in Rwanda.
