About Happy Mukama

Happy Mukama is a partner at RR Associates and an attorney licensed to practise law in Rwanda since 2012. He is also an arbitrator, mediator, trainer, and qualified draftsperson with over 15 years of consulting experience advising multinational corporations, government institutions, and private sector clients in Rwanda and across the East African region. His practice covers a wide scope, including legal advisory, legislative drafting, research, and training in business, corporate and trade law (with a focus on regional integration), economic and financial law, administrative law, employment law, land and environmental law, property leasing, capital markets and securities, antitrust, intellectual property, and investment law.
