About Carolina Alcalde

Carolina Alcalde is a partner at Alcalde & Cía. She is co-leader of the dispute resolution practice at the firm. Carolina has extensive practice as counsel in domestic and international arbitrations, focusing her work on large-scale construction disputes, as well as energy, mining, construction, and infrastructure. She defends clients in complex civil and commercial disputes, both in arbitration and in litigation. In addition to her practice, she acts as an arbitrator and teaches ADR. She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association, Rising Arbitrators Initiative and fellow at the IE Foundation. She holds an LLM from Northwestern University and a business certificate from IE University.
