is the partner in charge of the employment area in Spain and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Before joining Grant Thornton in 2014 to assume the challenge of creating this practice area within the legal division, she worked for 13 years at Baker McKenzie, where she was a partner. Aurora is a member of the Law School Advisory Board of ESADE Business School and an associate professor at several universities. She obtained a Master's degree in European Union law at UAB, a Master's in prevention of labour risks at UPC and studied the General Management Programme at IESE Business School. Aurora is a member of the Barcelona Bar Association, among others, and has more than 23 years of experience providing legal advice to large and medium companies, both national and multinational. She specialises in redundancies in force, labour litigation, health and safety, and labour compliance.
