Annemarie Lagger
is managing associate in Walder Wyss’s regulated markets, competition, technology and IP team. She provides advice in the legal fields of life sciences (including foodstuff) and information technology, specialising in advisory work, including contract drafting in all phases of the supply chain, and litigation. Annemarie advises and supports clients with their product compliance, product safety and product liability issues as well as in matters of market access and market surveillance. She represents clients before all Swiss cantonal and federal courts and administrative bodies (including Swissmedic and the Federal Office of Public Health).
