Juliane Höhn (née Hogrefe)
is a senior associate of the firm whose practice focuses on public procurement law at federal, state and municipal level, as well as on antitrust, competition and trade law. Her work includes representing clients before the procurement review bodies set up in Germany and the competition authorities. Juliane has experience advising national and international public contractors and utilities on the planning, design and implementation of procurement procedures in the IT, military and infrastructure sectors. She also advises private companies and consortia as bidders in these and other projects.
