About Albert Hinojosa

Albert Hinojosa is a partner at Cases & Lacambra, where his practice is focused on tax advice. Albert joined the government’s administration in 2001, serving as head of the Department of Customs’ legal service, then head of the companies’ registry and director of the Department of Economy. From 2013 to 2021 Albert was head of the Department of Taxation and Borders, where he transformed the process of tax convergence in Andorra, introducing the current direct and indirect tax system and promoting the international network of double taxation agreements. Prior to joining the firm, Albert was president of the State Agency for the Resolution of Banking Institutions.
