About Toni Barios

Toni Barios is a partner of the financial services group of Cases & Lacambra. He leads the finance practice and advises financial institutions and companies in all types of financing and debt-restructuring transactions, bilateral and syndicated, domestic and cross-border, including structured finance, corporate and acquisition finance, project finance (real estate, energy and infrastructures), in structuring and perfecting security and in intercreditor and interlender issues. His practice includes advising financial institutions, funds and other non-traditional lenders in debt investment transactions, secondary debt trading, non-performing loan transactions, distressed debt and special situations.
