About Leoš Vavřík

Leoš Vavřík is an associate at BADOKH and specialises in civil and corporate law in the areas of banking and finance and M&A. He is intensely involved in providing comprehensive legal advice in the field of financial transaction structuring, including acquisition financing, project financing and other legal advice, both debtor-side and creditor-side. In the course of his practice, Leoš has participated in several major domestic and cross-border financing projects as well as takeovers and other transactions. Leoš graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University and spent two semesters studying abroad at universities in the UK and Ireland.
