has been a trainee lawyer at BADOKH since 2019. In the course of his professional practice, he has been a member of teams advising clients in corporate restructuring and insolvency, and has gained experience in dispute resolution as well as corporate law matters. Tomas has participated on large-scale reorganisations of insolvent companies, including Arca Investments, and gained extensive experience in cross-border insolvency issues. In 2019, Tomas received an award from the Randa Foundation for an extraordinary master’s thesis in the area of business law.
