About Vojtech Mlynar

Vojtech Mlynar is a partner at BADOKH who specialises in restructuring and insolvency law, litigation and dispute resolution and intellectual property law. He has been involved in the largest insolvency reorganisations conducted in the Czech Republic, including the insolvency of OKD and Arca Investments. Vojtěch has participated in innovative insolvency solutions, including the introduction of a stalking-horse bid in a Czech insolvency proceeding. He also has extensive experience in large-scale corporate takeovers and real property projects, and has co-authored a commentary on the Czech Civil Code published by C.H. Beck (sections concerning commercial leases).
