About Vladislav Klimeš

Vladislav Klimeš is a partner at BADOKH and specialises in the areas of M&A and capital markets. In the course of his practice, Vladislav has participated in major domestic and cross-border transactions, including distressed transactions, in various sectors (energy, real estate, construction, automotive, logistics, entertainment, armaments, etc) as well as providing complex legal advice to bond issuers (public offering prospectus). Vladislav graduated from the Law Faculty of Charles University, Faculty of International Studies of Charles University and University of Miami (USA). Vladislav is a member of the Czech Bar Association and an arbitrator at the Arbitration Court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic.
