Hugo Martins Braz is a partner at Valadas Coriel & Associados, leading the litigation, labour and insolvency departments. He has over two decades of experience in complex international, civil, commercial, criminal, administrative and labour disputes, as well as in mass litigation involving consumer claims, credit recovery, insolvency and arbitration. He regularly advises major Portuguese and multinational corporations on dispute resolution and labour matters. Hugo was admitted to the Portuguese Bar in 2003. He is a regular contributor to national legal and news publications on litigation and labour law and has been a guest speaker at national and international legal forums and professional conferences.
