About Inês Grácio

Inês Grácio is an associate in VCA’s private wealth and tax department, specialising in tax advisory and litigation. She assists national and multinational clients across various sectors, particularly in tax structuring, international investment and private equity. Her expertise covers a wide range of tax matters, both national and international, providing strategic advice and representing clients in tax proceedings. Inês previously worked at leading law firms, focusing on tax consultancy and litigation. She holds a law degree from the Portuguese Catholic University Law School and has completed postgraduate studies in advanced corporate taxation and tax litigation. She is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association and the Portuguese Fiscal Association.
