About João Valadas Coriel

João Valadas Coriel is the founder and managing partner of Valadas Coriel & Associados. He is a TEP member of STEP – the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners. He is also a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and a certified tax expert by Lisbon School of Economics and Management. He currently serves as vice-chair of the International Bar Association’s Senior Lawyers’ Committee and vice-chair of the International Private Client Committee of the American Bar Association’s International Law Section. João is an active contributor to the development and application of international and Portuguese legal frameworks, including DACs and AML legislation.
