Marzia Amiconi provides legal advice in all TMT areas, notably in radio/television and new media at national and international levels, including smartphone applications, network operators and suppliers, AVOD/SVOD and Smart TV. She assists companies in the audio-visual media service area on legal issues related to licensing, authorisations and public tender procedures, in addition to the administrative law elements of corporate matters. Marzia represents clients at the Authority for Communication Standards and the Ministry of the Enterprises at all levels of civil and administrative procedure, and is also an expert in multimedia content, helping companies and/or authors in the copyright area and exploitation of media content.
