About Amale El Baba

Amale El Baba is head of the litigation department at MHLO and acts as legal counsel in litigation, arbitration and legal consultancies. She represents local and international clients and works mostly in litigation and arbitration in civil and commercial matters in various industries; eg, construction, banking and insurance. She handles regulatory and compliance investigations and has extensive and comprehensive experience of the Qatari and regional market. She provides legal advice on all queries and risks pertaining to civil and commercial laws in dispute resolution cases and compliance with all regulations and corporate governance requirements. She has acted before the QICDRC and in various institutional arbitration and regulatory investigation cases.
