Elsa Delhaye
joined Fréget, Glaser & Associés in 2025. Her practice focuses on public business law and regulatory law, assisting clients in both advisory and litigation matters. Her experience includes working with leading law firms and the legal department of RTE, France’s electricity transmission system operator, where she specialised in public business and energy law. Elsa holds an advanced master’s degree in public economic law from Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas.
