About Gargi Agarwal

Gargi Agarwal is an India-qualified advocate who specialises in conventional credit work (including security creation), Islamic finance and project finance at Al Tamimi & Co. Gargi is a regular contributor to thought leadership articles, publications and seminars, including the GCC Funds Passporting Regime in Bahrain, and has co-presented on security creation and enforcement in Bahrain. He assisted in developing the first Financial Law Module of the Bahrain Professional Legal Practice Course, a pilot programme developed by the Ministry of Justice and Islamic Affairs and the judicial and legal studies bodies in Bahrain, and delivered the module to the 2022–2025 Bahrain Legal Practice Course programme.
