About Miriam Anidjar Mogeda

Miriam Anidjar Mogeda specialises in intellectual property law, and has more than four years of experience as an associate handling prosecution and litigation matters for copyright, trade marks, industrial designs and patents. Her expertise also includes data protection and unfair competition matters. She works with a wide range of industry sectors such as automotive, cosmetics, food and retail. As a senior associate, Miriam has built up considerable experience in intellectual property litigation, pre-trial and non-contentious management, and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including risk assessments, cease-and-desist letters, negotiation and drafting of extrajudicial agreements. After studying for a degree in Law and a degree in Business at ESADE University, she completed an LLM at ESADE University and a master’s in International Business Law at Maastricht University.
