About Sara de Toledo

Sara de Toledo is a senior associate in the Madrid office and has been with Arochi & Lindner since 2021. As a lawyer, she has led litigation in different areas of law. She specialises in intellectual property, with extensive experience in the enforcement and prosecution of intellectual property rights, as well as in the negotiation of extrajudicial agreements. Sara holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma, a master’s degree in Access to the Legal Profession, and a master’s degree in Intellectual and Industrial Property, Competition Law and New Technologies. She has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2018.
