About Ronen Vinograd

Ronen Vinograd is the founding partner of Vinograd & Co. Previously, Ronen established the capital markets and investments department at leading boutique law firm. Ronen has served as legal counsel to the Israel Association of Provident and Pension Funds on investment regulation, representing it before the regulator and the Israeli Parliament’s Finance Committee. He has also assisted in the drafting of the regulations applicable to investments made by institutional entities. He often lectures before board members and investment committees at various institutional entities on alternative investments and regulation, as well as leading such courses at the Israeli Financial Institute.
