About Mohamed Hemdan

Mohamed Hemdan is an associate at Schindler Attorneys. He previously spent two years at Grant Thornton Austria, specialising in corporate and international tax. Mohamed focuses on national and international tax advice, M&A, corporate reorganisations and private client matters. He holds an LLM degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, where he graduated summa cum laude, and has also contributed to publications in the field of tax and transaction advisory. Mohamed also completed an exchange semester at the Law Faculty of the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom.
