is a partner at Seplaw who has obtained, in addition to his JD, postgraduate degrees from the Instituto Federal de Especialistas en Concursos Mercantiles (Bankruptcy Law and Insolvency Proceedings, 2003), the Georgetown Law Center (United States Law Institutions, 2002), and the Universidad Iberoamericana (Telecommunications Law, 2001). His practice focuses on civil, family, and commercial litigation and he has advised US law firms in connection with cross-border litigation ordered by US federal courts. Mr Sepúlveda is a member of the Civil and Criminal Law Sections of the Mexican Bar Association (BMA). He is also a member of the Litigation, International Law, and Family Law Sections of the American Bar Association (ABA).
