Habib Díaz Noriega
is a partner at Seplaw who specialises in constitutional, civil and commercial litigation as well as bankruptcy, IP and administrative matters. He is a well-reputed amparo expert (constitutional review process) and has also represented foreign companies in different industries against the Mexican federal government concerning government contracts before the courts in Mexico. Mr Díaz Noriega has continuous involvement as legal advisor or expert witness (ie, forum-non-conveniens, long arm statute, discovery, e-discovery, depositions, affidavits, etc). He is an active member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana, Colegio de Abogados, S.C.) and is currently co-ordinator of the Commission for Constitutional, Human Rights and Amparo matters.
