About Yael Hershkovitz

Yael Hershkovitz leads the restructuring practice of Gissin & Co., Advocates. Yael handles bondholders' debt settlements, international restructuring and insolvency cases, finance and M&A transactions. In recent years Yael has been involved in significant public and private debt settlements in the Israeli market. Adv.
