About André Gilberto

André Gilberto is a founding partner of CGM Advogados and has almost 25 years’ experience in competition law, administrative law and compliance. André is one of the most distinguished experts in cartel-related matters in Brazil; representing clients since 2000 in challenging investigations launched by the Brazilian competition authority, CADE, most of them involving dawn raids and leniency/settlement agreements. He has a master’s degree in public law from the Universidade de São Paulo, is the author of "The Antitrust Sanctioning Process: Theory and Practice of Competition Infringement Investigations", and the co-ordinator and co-author of "Concentration of Companies in Brazilian Antitrust Law".
