Sarah Carneiro is a University of São Paulo graduate (2020) and an associate at CGM Advogados, specialising in competition law. She has experience in preparing merger filings for commercial transactions that require approval from the Brazilian competition authority, CADE. Additionally, Sarah assists in the development of defences for antitrust investigations by conducting extensive research on case law before CADE.
