About Patricia Barboza

Patricia Barboza is a founding partner of CGM Advogados where leads the labour and employment practice. With nearly 30 years of experience in employment law, she advises clients on a wide range of labour matters. Her work includes conducting internal investigations involving harassment, discrimination, fraud and workplace privacy, as well as managing complex employment projects across Latin America. Patricia is the corporate counsel forum liaison officer for the Industrial and Employment Relations Law Committee of the International Bar Association (IBA) and is a member of the Compliance Commission of the São Paulo Bar Association (OAB-SP). She holds a Law Degree from PUC-SP and postgraduate qualifications in Corporate Labour Law (FGV) and People and Business Management (BPS).
