About Isabel Marinho

Isabel Marinho is a founding partner of the firm and deputy Secretary of State for Rural Development and Forestry at the Ministry of Agriculture. She is also an assistant to the Secretary of State for Fiscal Affairs and the Secretary of State for Budget in the Ministry of Finance, alongside working as a tax technician in the Tax Authority. Her main areas of practice are tax law and litigation, M&A and corporate restructuring, credit and insolvency recovery, agriculture, industry and environmental and aviation law. She studied law at the University of Lisbon, completed postgraduate studies in management and taxation as well as logistics and science of legislation, and was admitted to the Portuguese Bar in 1990.
