Carlos García Cueva
advises on antitrust investigations and regulatory compliance. With over a decade of experience at COFECE, including serving as General Director of Intelligence (2021-2025), he led ex officio investigations in strategic sectors and acted as the Commission’s Chief Technologist, where he spearheaded its digital transformation, forensic capabilities and AI strategy. He has also represented COFECE at the OECD, ICN, UNCTAD and SELA. Carlos holds Master’s degrees in Regulation (LSE), Public Policy (Tecnológico de Monterrey), and Intelligence & International Security (King’s College London), as well as Bachelor’s degrees in law (UNAM) and International Relations (Tecnológico de Monterrey).
