Agustín Aguilar López
has a practice which focuses mainly on the defence before the Federal Competition Commission and the Federal Courts of economic agents which are involved in cartel conduct, dominance abuse and illegal concentrations, as well as the promotion of complaints related to that conduct. Agustín obtained his degree at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and has completed postgraduate studies in procedure and constitutional law.
