About Allan Kaye Trueba

Allan Kaye Trueba is a founding partner of Aziz & Kaye Business Law. His practice focuses mainly on M&A, corporate law, finance law, corporate governance, attracting foreign investment, minority rights, and shareholder disputes. In addition to his legal practice, he is a founding partner and promoter of a venture capital fund. He graduated from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de México (ITAM). He completed postgraduate studies in The Hague, the Netherlands and ITAM. Additionally, he is a professor in a postgraduate programme at ITAM, and has lectured at Universidad Panamericana and Universidad Iberoamericana.
