About Mauricio Marín

Mauricio Marín is a senior associate at Aziz & Kaye Business Law, where his practice focuses on antitrust, administrative law and litigation. Mauricio has over 20 years of experience in both public and private practice, including in antitrust investigations and proceedings. He has been involved in competition cases, including in banking, energy, pharmaceutical, transportation, public procurement, natural resources, retail and telecommunications. Mauricio has experience in high-profile and strategic litigation, including over 400 federal jurisdiction trials and many Supreme Court jurisdiction cases. He has represented the National Institute of Genomic Medicine in several commercial, civil and criminal cases, where he also acted as a member of the Research Ethics Committee.
