About Rebeca Sanchez

Rebeca Sanchez is Of Counsel at Aziz & Kaye Business Law and is licensed to practice law in Mexico and California. Her work focuses on M&A, corporate law and foreign investment, and she has represented clients in domestic and cross-border transactions. Rebeca holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) and completed a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Financial Law at Goethe Universität in Frankfurt. She serves as President of the Board of Directors for the ITAM Alumni Association in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a member of the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association.
