About Rebeca Sánchez

Rebeca Sánchez is of counsel at Aziz & Kaye Business Law. She is licensed to practice law in Mexico and California. Her practice focuses on M&A, corporate law, and foreign investment. She has represented clients in domestic and cross-border transactions. She holds a law degree from the Instituto Tecnologico Autonomo de Mexico (ITAM) and completed a Master of Laws (LLM) in Financial Law at Goethe Universität in Frankfurt, Germany. She serves as President of the Board of Directors for the ITAM Alumni Association in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a member of the San Francisco La Raza Lawyers Association.
