He focuses on corporate finance and business transactions, representing financial institutions in matters relating to debt and equity, project finance and M&A. Leopoldo has also advised clients on sovereign and quasi-sovereign transactions including derivatives and sovereign debt issuance. He publishes regularly on M&A matters and has been a speaker and panellist at multiple forums, events, seminars and roundtables on topics such as the Venezuelan sovereign debt default.
