About Grzegorz Materna

Grzegorz Materna is a solicitor at Hansberry Tomkiel and an associate professor at the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. As a practitioner and litigator, he represents clients in proceedings before the Polish Competition Authority, the Polish courts and the CJEU. He has written and collaborated on many publications on competition and consumer law, including commentaries on the Polish Competition Act, the TFEU, as well as to the DMA and DSA. Prior to joining Hansberry Tomkiel, he was a director of the competition protection department of the Polish Competition Authority.
