About Dorota Podsiedzik-Malec

Dorota Podsiedzik-Malec is a solicitor with Hansberry Tomkiel. She was previously a director of the legal department and deputy director of the market surveillance department at the Polish Competition Authority. As the director of the legal department, she was responsible for finalising the Authority’s decisions and for ensuring that they were consistent with Polish and EU law. As a seasoned litigator, she often represented the Polish Competition Authority in cases before courts of all instances. As a senior counsel in Hansberry Tomkiel, she has represented clients in cases involving private damages, bid-rigging, vertical restraints, abuse of dominance, horizontal agreements, consumer protection and merger notifications.
