About Dorothy Hansberry-Bieguńska

Dorothy Hansberry-Bieguńska is a specialist in litigation and competition law. She was a senior litigator in the US Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division and has been an advisor to several competition authorities in Central Europe. Ms Hansberry-Bieguńska has brought her experience to defending clients in cartel matters, including building Article 101(3) TFEU defences. She has worked on cases involving private damages (from both the plaintiff and defence sides), bid-rigging, vertical restraints, abuse of dominance, horizontal agreements, and mergers. She has been the chair of and a speaker at Informa’s “Private Enforcement of Competition Law” conferences in Brussels. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Polish-US Fulbright Commission.
